With the pandemic still causing concerns with travel between states, the Cavalier Homes Australian Championship will be pushed into March 2022. The decision was obvious and with this plans to create a bigger commercial promotion around the sport with regional events for 2022. The emerging sport of Long Drive (Amatuer Division) and Xtreme Drivers (Professional Division) is set to get millions of dollars of investment over a 3 year growth plan set to launch from January 2022. New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands are at the forefront of conversations with associates, government agencies and appointed representatives. The investment thus far from NSO/company (IGANZ) undoubtedly proves the dedication to secure the sports future on the global stage. IGANZ has appointed a marketing and events manager in Australia to represent local sponsors and the IGANZ Collective Brand. “With COVID (Delta) causing havoc, it was an easy decision to postpone to a later date.” says Olna Ford, CEO - IGANZ. The best players are being sought after, in lead-up to the Cavalier Homes XDL Australian Championship 2022. Australian based sponsor (Cavalier Homes) will get more commercial exposure now that the events are pushed forward and time for Australia’s best drivers to train and organise their own sponsors. IGANZ is seeking Regional Managers for Australia and interested parties can register their details on www.iganz.co.nz from November 2022.
